One of the most colorful business cases the Supreme Court will hear in its upcoming term involves allegations that whistleblowers working with famous plaintiffs’ lawyer Dickie Scruggs violated the mandatory seal order on False Claims Act cases. The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers says such violations interfere with Fifth Amendment rights.
