Missouri’s business community has unfinished business to resolve in the 2017 Legislative Session. After nearly a decade of vetoes of labor, civil justice, unemployment insurance and workers’ compensation reforms, these important issues are poised for passage under the new Greitens administration. Stalemates in economic development, workforce, and infrastructure could be broken as leadership in the Missouri Senate, House, and governor’s office work together to secure positive change. These goals are highlighted in the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s 2017 Legislative Agenda released today.
